- Studies have proven that physically participating in an activity stimulates parts of the brain that would not be activated, thereby increasing retention of information.
- Instead of just talking about solving a problem, using games and exercises allows participants opportunities to tap into creativity, the intuitive and the spontaneous. This promotes healthy group interaction, communication and personal discoveries, as well as dynamic group problem solving.
